Xbox 360 Warranty Information

All Xbox 360 consoles sold by https://hrsrevamped.com come with a one year (365 day) warranty unless stated otherwise. In order to allow customers to inspect their console, we provide a seven day grace period after the delivery date. During the grace period if any issues arise we will work with the customer to resolve them in the best way possible (repair, replace, or refund). 

Once the grace period ends, the customer is only responsible for shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover the following,

• Cosmetic Damage (If the console is damaged during shipping, it should be reported during the grace period.)
• Liquid Damage
• User Error (External items placed in the disc drive, altering crucial system files, damage to ports.)

The warranty is not voided by opening the console.
The warranty is voided by replacing the X-Clamps with bolts and washers.
Repairs will be rejected and the warranty will be voided if the console arrives infested (The charges for shipping still apply.).
